On Saturday, July 9th at 9:30 a.m., we will be holding a Town Hall Meeting with the following Horry County School Board Members at the old Presbyterian Church 4250 Bryant Street in Loris:

• David Cox, Representative for District 9, Green Sea Floyds, Loris and North Myrtle Beach
• Joe Defeo, Vice Chairman and Representative for District 3, Carolina Forest and Myrtle Beach
• Karen McIlrath, Representative for District 2, Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, Socastee and St. James
• Neal James, Representative for District 10

Immediately following our meeting, we will be having an old fashioned family picnic with hotdogs, hamburgers and all the trimmings.  I would strongly encourage everyone to tell their neighbors and start preparing questions for these terrific leaders!  This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to have input and receive information regarding the Horry County School System firsthand.
